Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups 1:1 gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar for about one minute until light and fluffy.
